Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Behälter oder Verpackung (1), wobei an der Außenseite des Behälters ein Öffnungselement (2), vorgesehen ist, das in seiner Ausgangslage der äußeren Oberfläche (11) des Behälters (1) zumindest teilweise flächig anliegt, wobei am oder im Öffnungselement (2) zumindest ein zur Drahtloskommunikation mit einem externen Datenkommunikationsgerät angepasster Transponder (3), umfassend zumindest einen Transponderchip (310) und zumindest eine mit dem Transponderchip in elektrischer Verbindung stehende Transponderantenne (320), angeordnet ist, wobei in Ausgangslage des Öffnungselementes (2) der Transponder (3) in Antwort auf eine Aktivierung durch ein externes Datenkommunikationsgerät einen Datensatz D1 an das externe Datenkommunikationsgerät übermittelt, wobei beim Betätigen des Öffnungselementes (2) dieses von seiner Ausgangslage in eine Öffnungslage übergeführt wird, wodurch die im Behälter (1) befindliche Substanz zugänglich wird und/oder entleert werden kann, wobei das Öffnungselement (2) durch den Übergang von der Ausgangslage in die Öffnungslage von der äußeren Oberfläche (11) des Behälters (1) zumindest teilweise entfernt und/oder zur äußeren Oberfläche des Behälters (1) verschwenkt wird, sodass sich der Maximalabstand zumindest einer der am oder im Öffnungselement (2) angeordneten Antennen (320) zur äußeren Oberfläche des Behälters vergrößert. Erfin-dungsgemäß ist vorgesehen, dass die Antenne (320) auf der der äußeren Oberfläche (11) des Behälters abgewandten Seite des Öffnungselementes (2) angeordnet ist, dass ein mit dem Transponderchip (310) unmittelbar oder mittelbar in elektrischer Verbindung stehendes Leiterbahnsegment (40) vorgesehen ist, das beim Überführen des Öffnungselementes von der Ausgangslage in die Öffnungslage unterbrochen wird, und dass aufgrund der Unterbrechung des Leiterbahnsegments (40) in Öffnungslage des Öffnungselementes (2) der Transponder (3) in Antwort auf eine Aktivierung durch ein externes Datenkommunikationsgerät einen vom Datensatz D1 verschiedenen Datensatz D2 an das externe Datenkommunikationsgerät übermittelt.
