   Es ist bekannt, dass plastische Massen, wie   Zemente,   durch Giessen oder Aufstreichen auf Glas, Porzellan, Email oder sonstige Flächen oder   Hohlformen   an den Formstellen eine glänzende Oberfläche erhalten, gleich dem Glanz der Form selbst. Solche Formen sind aber sehr kostspielig und eignen sich nur bei entsprechender Teilung zur Herstellung unterschnittener Gebilde. Die Erfindung betrifft nun ein Verfahren, welches beliebige sonstige Giess-oder Ausstreichformen zur Herstellung glänzender Stücke geeignet macht, so dass die mit sonstigen Formen bekannten Vorteile ausgenutzt werden können, um Gegenstände, die wie gebrannte Keramik aussehen, herzustellen. Das Verfahren besteht darin, dass die Innenseite der Form mit einer Lackauflage versehen wird, worauf das Einbringen der plastischen Masse in den gewünschten Farbtönen erfolgt.

   Die Lackauflage wird mittels Aufspritzens in feiner Verteilung durch eine Spritze bewerkstelligt, wodurch die Auflage in der Form fliesst und auf der Oberfläche der eingestrichenen Masse den Glanz in einer Weise wiedergibt, wie er durch das Brennen der Glasur im Ofen entsteht. Es erscheint der Glanz also einheitlich, indem keine Pinselstriche sichtbar werden. Auf diese Weise ist es möglich. Muster wechselnden Glanzes herzustellen. Als Form kann eine Leimform dienen, wodurch auch das Herstellen unterschnittener Modelle möglich wird.

1. Verfahren zur Herstellung glänzender, mit Glasurnachahmung versehener Gegenstände aus plastischer Masse, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hohlform, weiche die plastische Masse aufnehmen soll, mit einer Lackauflage versehen wird.

   It is known that plastic masses, such as cement, are given a glossy surface at the mold points by pouring or painting on glass, porcelain, enamel or other surfaces or hollow shapes, equal to the gloss of the mold itself. The invention now relates to a method which makes any other casting or spreading molds suitable for producing shiny pieces, so that the advantages known with other molds can be used to produce objects that look like fired ceramics. The process consists in that the inside of the mold is provided with a layer of varnish, after which the plastic compound is introduced in the desired color shades.

   The varnish is applied by spraying on in a fine distribution through a syringe, whereby the coating flows in the mold and reproduces the shine on the surface of the coated mass in a way that is created by firing the glaze in the oven. The shine appears uniform in that no brushstrokes are visible. In this way it is possible. To produce patterns of varying shine. A glue mold can serve as the mold, which also makes it possible to produce undercut models.
