Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Service- und Informationssystem für Gebäude (3) mit einem Server (1) und einem Anzeigeterminal (2) und entsprechende Verfahren zum automatischen Abarbeiten einer technischen Störung bzw. von Service- und Wartungsarbeiten und zu deren Dokumentation. Das Informationssystem umfasst Netzwerkverbindungen, die vom Server (1) über einen Router (5) zu unterschiedlichen Endstellengeräten, wie z. B. dem Anzeigeterminal (2), Schnittstellengeräten (6), einer Photovoltaikanlage (8), Bewohnercomputern (9), einem Servicecomputer (10) und einem Hausbetreuercomputer (11) verlaufen. Weiterhin ist an den Server (1) ein Bediencomputer (12) angeschlossen, mit welchem Änderungen am Server (1) vorgenommen werden können. Die Schnittstellengeräte (6) sind zum Anschließen bestehender Haustechnikkomponenten an das Service- und Informationssystem ausgebildet. Mit der Erfindung werden einerseits Bewohner bzw. Nutzer eines Gebäudes (3) automatisch über auszuführende Reparatur- und Wartungsarbeiten informiert. Andererseits werden Störungen automatisch festgestellt und Facharbeiter und Fachbetriebe automatisch beauftragt. Weiterhin werden die entsprechenden Vorgänge protokolliert, sodass später nachgewiesen werden kann, dass sie tatsachlich durchgeführt worden sind.
