Schließeinrichtung (10) zum Schließen eines Flügels (12) einer Tür oder eines Fensters, insbesondere für eine Brandschutztür, deren Flügel (12) in einen Raum öffnet, der im Brandfall unter Überdruck steht, oder für eine Tür eines barrierefreien Zugangs, wobei die Schließeinrichtung (10) so eingestellt oder einstellbar ist, dass die von ihr auf den Flügel (12) ausgeübte Schließkraft bzw. das Schließmoment im Ausnahmebetrieb gegenüber der Schließkraft bzw. dem Schließmoment im Normalbetrieb verringert ist.
