Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Bauprofils (Fig. 3), dessen Prinzip darin liegt, dass das Profil mittels Extrusion hergestellt wird, wobei mindestens ein Schenkel (2) des Profils aus zwei Teilkomponenten (2a, 2b) besteht, die am Ausgang aus dem Extrusionskopf (10) in eine V-Form geöffnet sind und in diesem Zustand auch in einem Kaliber (11) kalibriert und dann abgekühlt werden. Dann wird in einem anschließenden Arbeitsgang zwischen die beiden Teile (2a, 2b) des Schenkels (2) ein Gittergewebestreifen (3) eingeführt. Die Teile (2a, 2b) des Schenkels (2) werden im kalten Zustand durch Pressen zusammengefügt und miteinander mit Hilfe von Ultraschall verbunden. Die Verbindung der Teile (2a, 2b) des Schenkels (2) mit dem eingesetzten Gittergewebe (3) mittels Ultraschalls wird kontinuierlich zwischen einer rotierenden Sonotrode (12) und einem rotierenden oder stationären Amboss (13) durchgeführt. Ferner betrifft die Erfindung die Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens.
