Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein System zum Offenhalten bzw. Wegbegrenzen von Schneideelementen mittels Federkraft und Anschlag, das aus einer, über eine Drehachse (3) beweglichen Schneide (2) und einer feststehenden Gegenschneide (1) besteht. ln der Schneide (2) ist in der Bohrung (5) ein Federelement (4) montiert, wobei sich die Bohrung (5) in Schneidrichtung gesehen, vor der Drehachse (3) befindet. Dieses Federelement (4) stützt sich an einem Anschlagbolzen (6) ab, der in der Gegenschneide (1) eingelassen ist, wobei sich dieser Stützpunkt ebenso vor der Drehachse (3) befindet. Das Federelement (4) spreizt die bewegliche Schneide (2) in einer vordefinierten Lage wobei diese durch die Schneidengeometrie des Schneidrückens der beweglichen Schneide (2) und der Position des Anschlag-Bolzens (6) in der Gegenschneide (1) bestimmt wird.
