Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein längenverstellbares Pleuel (1) mit zwei teleskopierbaren Pleuelab- schnitten (2, 3). Ein Pleuelabschnitt (2) weist einen Zylinder auf, in den der Kolben (8) des anderen Pleuelabschnittes (3) eingreift. Der Zylinder ist durch einen Deckel verschlossen, durch den sich hindurch die Kolbenstange (11) des einen Pleuelabschnittes (3) hindurch er- streckt. Die Erfindung sieht vor, dass der Pleuelabschnitt (3 mit dem Kolben (8) einstückig hergestellt und anschließend gebrochen wird, um den Deckel des Zylinders auffädeln zu kön- nen. Im Anschluss wird die Kolbenstange (11) stoffschlüssig wieder zusammengefügt, bei- spielsweise durch Elektronenstrahlschweißen.
