Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Hohlwanddose 1 für gebäudetechnische Installationen, insbesondere elektrische/elektronische Installationsgeräte mit einem durch einen Boden 4, eine umlaufende Wand 3 und eine dem Boden 4 gegenüberliegende Montageöffnung 5 gebildeten Dosenkörper 2 aus Kunststoff mit einem in radialer Richtung nach außen vorspringenden Stützflansch 8 und mit Mitteln zum Befestigen der Hohlwanddose 1, 1.1-1.5 in einem Dosenloch 25. Der Dosenkörper 2 trägt an seiner äußeren Mantelfläche benachbart zu dem Stützflansch 8 an seiner zu dem Boden 4 weisenden Seite einen umlaufenden Ringkörper 15 aus einem gegenüber dem Kunststoffmaterial des Dosenkörpers 2 weicheren elastomeren Kunststoffmaterial, dessen einhüllende zylindrische Mantelfläche einen größeren Durchmesser aufweist als die benachbarte Mantelfläche des Dosenkörpers 2.
