Abstract
Ein Schwanenhalsrohr schließt eine erste Rohrhälfte, die eine erste gerundete Mittellinienkurve hat, und eine zweite Rohrhälfte, die an der ersten Rohrhälfte befestigt ist und eine zweite gerundete Mittellinienkurve hat, ein. Die erste und zweite Rohrhälfte definieren einen Strömungsweg. Die Querschnittsdurchmesser der ersten und zweiten Rohrhälfte verändern sich entlang des Strömungswegs. Die unterschiedlichen Durchmesser der ersten und zweiten Rohrhälfte dienen zum Abschwächen von Druckverlusten, teilweise aufgrund von Dean-Wirbeln oder sekundären Strömungsflussmustern im Strömungsweg, wenn ein Fluid in dem Schwanenhalsrohr gedreht wird.
