Abstract

Vorgestellt wird ein Lichtmodul 16 für einen Kraftfahrzeugscheinwerfer 10, mit einem DMD-Chip 22, der eine Mikrospiegel 222 tragende Vorderseite 224 und eine Rückseite 226 aufweist. Das Lichtmodul 16 zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass es eine Kühlelementbaugruppe 30 aufweist, die eine Peltierelementbaugruppe 312 und einen Kühlkörper 304 aufweist. Die Peltierelementbaugruppe 312 weist ein Peltierelement 314 und einen mit diesem thermisch verbundenen Kühlstempel 302 auf, der sich an der Rückseite 226 des DMD-Chips 22 abstützt. Im Betrieb weist das Peltierelement 314 ein heißes Ende 318 und ein kaltes Ende 316 auf und pumpt Wärme von seinem kalten Ende 316 zu seinem heißen Ende 318. Das kalte Ende 316 ist thermisch mit einem dem DMD-Chip 22 abgewandten Ende des Kühlstempels 302 verbunden, und das heiße Ende 318 ist thermisch mit dem Kühlkörper 304 verbunden.
