Abstract
Die vorliegende Offenlegung offenbart ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Zellulosefasern. Das Verfahren umfasst die folgenden Schritte: 1) Mischung von Zellstoff-Pulpe mit einer wässrigen NMMO-Lösung einer Gewichtskonzentration von 60 % - 85 %, vorzugsweise 70 % - 76 %, um eine gleichförmige Mischung zu erhalten; 2) Unterwerfen der erhaltenen gleichförmigen Mischung einer Entwässerung zur Quellung und Auflösung, und Entlüftung, um eine Zellulose-Spinn-Stammlösung zur erhalten; 3) Einbringen der Zellulose-Spinn-Stammlösung in eine Spinnmaschine nach Filtrierung und Wärmeaustausch, und Einbringen in ein Koagulationssystem nach dem Extrudieren durch ein Spinnpaket und Luftkühlung, und hierauf Koagulieren in einem NMMO-Koagulationsbad einer Gewichtskonzentration von 50 % - 72 %, um naszente Fasern zu erhalten; und 4) Unterwerfen der naszenten Fasern einer Waschung, um ein Faser-Filamentbündel zu erhalten und hierauf Durchführung einer Behandlung in einem nachfolgenden Bereich, um Zellulosefasern zu erhalten. Die vorliegende Offenlegung kann die Investitionen in die Apparatur stark erniedrigen, das Verfahren vereinfachen, den Energieverbrauch und die Anwendungskosten erniedrigen, und die sichere Herstellung erleichtern, die Gleichförmigkeit und die mechanischen Eigenschaften der Faser verbessern, so dass das Verfahren für eine industrielle Herstellung mit hoher Effizienz und niedrigem Verbrauch einsetzbar ist.
