Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Gewinnung von Zellulosefasern aus faserhaltiger Biomasse (10), wobei die Biomasse (10) in einer Thermodruck- Hydrolyse-Anlage (100) zunächst einer Thermodruck-Hydrolyse vorzugsweise mit Wasserdampf-Explosion unterzogen werden, und nachfolgend in zumindest einer Separationsanlage (300, 300A, 300B, 300C, 300D) eine Separation des aus der Thermodruck-Hydrolyse-Anlage (100) erhaltenen Faserschlamms (20) erfolgt, wobei ein Presskuchen (30) aus Zellulosefasern, vorzugsweise mit einem Trockensubstanzgehalt von über 20%, vorzugsweise von über 25%, sowie ein Filtrat (40, 40A, 40B, 40C, 40D, 40E, 40F, 41, 41A) aus fließfähigem, feststoffreichem Dünnschlamm erhalten wird, und wobei der Dünnschlamm als Gärsubstrat einer Biogasanlage (2000) zur Gewinnung von Biogas zugeführt wird, sowie eine Anlage (1000) zur Durchführung dieses Verfahrens.
