Abstract

Sanierungssystem zur Verbesserung der Elimination von Nitrat und anderen Verunreinigungen in verschmutztem Wasser. Offenbart sind nachfüllbare Sanierungssäulen (1), die biologisch abbaubaren Schüttmaterialien (6) verwenden, um die Denitrifikation in Gewässern mit niedrigem organischem Kohlenstoffgehalt zu verbessern. Die Sanierungssäulen (1) werden in das verschmutzte Wasser installiert. Sie bieten vertikale Oberflächen ähnlich in Qualität zu Bodensedimenten, geeignet und optimiert für anoxisches mikrobielles Aktivität. Organische Materialien, insbesondere schnell biologisch abbaubare Schüttmaterialien (6) wie Pappe und Stroh, werden vom Sanierungssystem akzeptiert. Die Nachfüllungen erfolgen, ohne die Vegetation zu schneiden oder den Wasserstand zu verändern. Das System ermöglicht die einfache Rückgewinnung gebrauchter Materialien für die Kreislaufwirtschaft. Eine Variante des Systems beinhaltet auch ein Anoden-/Kathodenpaar (25) zur Verbesserung der mikrobiellen Funktionen. Die Anwendung ist die Behandlung von nitratreichem und organischem Kohlenstoffarmem Wasser, insbesondere 1) Kläranlagenabfluss zur zusätzlichen Behandlung, 2) landwirtschaftliche Verschmutzung, 3) Regenwasser und 4) natürliches Wasser. Das Gerät ist ideal für Freiwasserpflanzenkläranlagen.
