Die Belastung des Spindelkopfes a durch den Druckbolzen g wird durch Stahlkugeln auf den Spindelschaft e übertragen. In dem Spindelkopf a ist ein Schlitz b angebracht, durchwelchen der hineingreifende Druckbolzen das Umlaufen des Spindelkopfes a verhindert. ;

Spindle for hose kötzer winding machines.
When using the known spindles for Schlanchkötzer winding machines, the disadvantage is that the bolt placed on the spindle with the head rotating on the spindle, which is only allowed to be lubricated slightly to avoid soiling the yarn on the touch panel, causes great friction and wear the spindle caused.
This disadvantage is to be remedied by the subject matter of the invention in that the spindle is divided into two main parts, of which the lower one revolves around the thread winding spindle, while the upper one, the spindle head, absorbs the pressure of the loading bolt and does not rotate.
The pressure absorbed by the spindle head is transmitted to the rotating spindle through intermediate steel balls.
The object of the invention is shown in the drawing in Fig. 1 in longitudinal section undo. shown in Fig. 2 in a view as an example.
The spindle shaft e is inserted with its rectangular lower part in the spindle whorl f and rotates with it. The upper part of the spindle shaft t winds the yarn. The spindle shaft e is firmly driven into the spindle taper d.
A cap c is screwed onto the upper end of the spindle cone d. The spindle head a is partially enclosed by the cap c and thereby held together with the spindle shaft.
The load on the spindle head a by the pressure bolt g is transmitted to the spindle shaft e by steel balls. In the spindle head a a slot b is made, through which the engaging pressure bolt prevents the spindle head a from rotating. ;
The beginning of the kötz winds on the wooden part h of the spool.
