Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer vormontierten Baugruppe (11) zum Einbau in einen Motor, bestehend aus einer Ausgleichswelle (12) mit zumindest einer Lagerstelle (13, 14), einem an der Lagerstelle (13, 14) sich abwälzenden Nadelkranz (15) und wenigstens einem Unwuchtgewichtsabschnitt (18, 19). Die Lagerstelle (13, 14) weist eine radiale Lauffläche (22) auf, die sich nur partiell über den Umfang der Lagerstelle (13, 14) erstreckt und durch freie Endbereiche (23) der Lagerstelle (13, 14) begrenzt ist. Die Lagerstelle (13, 14) weist eine Vertiefung (24) auf, wobei ein geschlitzter Nadelkranz (22), der einen Nadelkäfig (31) mit einem Schloss (27) umfasst, mit geöffnetem Schloss (27) in radialer Richtung auf die Lagerstelle (13, 14) zubewegt und in radialer Richtung aufgesetzt wird, wobei der Nadelkranz (15) die Lagerstelle (13, 14) umgreifend aufgebracht wird, und wobei das Schloss (27) des Nadelkranzes (15) nach dem Umgreifen der Lagerstelle (13, 14) geschlossen wird.
