    Form insert for self-tie ties.

The previously used shaped inserts for self-tie ties have a wide variety of disadvantages. First of all, the formation of the knot itself suffers as a result of it and the beautiful shape of the tie itself is also impaired. Furthermore, they cannot be completely hidden in the tie.

The molded insert for self-tie ties that forms the subject of the invention avoids these overhangs by arranging an arm for fastening the insert to the collar button on a guide for the one band part in such a way that an intermediate space remains between it and the guide to accommodate the other band part.

In the drawing, the subject matter of the invention is shown, namely Fig. 1 shows the insert in the position in which it is when the tie is tied, viewed from the front, while Fig. 2 also shows the front view in the position that the insert

 Show embodiments of the insert.

When l'inden the insert consisting of sheet metal, celluloid or a similar material with the edge a will initially have the position shown in FIG. 1, whereas this edge assumes the position shown in FIG. 2 when the tape is inserted. As soon as the end of the band is pulled over the edge a to close the knot or to tighten it, the insert is again given the position shown in FIG.

This movement of the insert with the individual manipulations is due to the peculiar shape of the guide b, and to the suspension device c. The side edges d and e are of different lengths in order to adapt the insert to the shape of the knot. In the trough f the first inserted tape end is held in the required inclined position. The suspension device c, which can be rigidly, movably or also resiliently connected to the guide, is connected to the guide b while leaving a slot g. One end of the tie goes into this slot.

 is brought.

The insert can also be made of wire, as can be seen in the embodiments according to FIGS. 4 and 5, and the suspension device can also be designed in various ways.
