Diese Schnur, welche bei   hochgezogenem   Vorhang die freie Benützung des Fensters behindert, hat ausserdem den Nachteil, dass sie bei raschem Loslassen sich auf die   Vorhangwalze   aufwickelt und vom Boden aus nicht mehr erlangt werden kann. 



   Um diesem Übelstande abzuhelfen, wird nach vorliegender Erfindung am unteren Rande des Vorhanges eine   Belastungsstange angeordnet,   deren Gewicht die Zugkraft der Feder um Geringes übertrifft, und zum Hochziehen des Vorhanges eine an der Belastungsstange angreifende Schnur verwendet, die im Vereine mit der auf die Walze einwirkenden Feder ein Aufrollen des Vorhanges auf die Walze bewirkt.
