Eine die Längsstäbe verbindende flache Drahtspirale für umschnürte stabförmige Betonkörper.
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf zur Umschnürung stabförmiger Betonkörper dienende Metallbewehrungen, die aus zickzackförmig verlaufenden, für sich hergestellten Quereisen bestehen. Gemäss der Erfindung werden die Quereisen aus solchen flachen Drahtspiralen gebildet, bei denen der im Grundriss innere Draht unmittelbar neben dem äusseren verläuft und beim Übergang in diesen nach innen einseitig vorspringende Augen zum Umfassen der Längsstäbe bildet..
In der Zeichnung ist eine Ausführungsform der Erfindung dargestellt, und zwar zeigt Fig. 1 eine Spirale für sich im Grundriss, während die Fig. 2 und 3 die Anwendung der Spiraltafeln zur Bewehrung einer Eisenbetonstütze erkennen lassen.
Die eigenartige Ausbildung der Spiralen ermöglicht einerseits eine leichte Herstellung der gen, andererseits das Umschliessen - eines möglichst grossen Betonkernes durch die zum Hohlkörper zusammengesetzten flachen Spiralen in Verbindung mit den Längsstäben.
Die Spiralen können auch eine im Grundriss nach aussen gewölbte Form haben.

The invention relates to metal reinforcements which are used for constricting rod-shaped concrete bodies and which consist of crossbars that run in zigzag form and are produced individually. According to the invention, the crossbars are formed from such flat wire spirals in which the inner wire in the plan runs directly next to the outer one and, when transitioning into this inward, forms protruding eyes on one side to embrace the longitudinal bars.
In the drawing, an embodiment of the invention is shown, namely Fig. 1 shows a spiral in itself in plan, while Figs. 2 and 3 show the use of the spiral panels for reinforcing a reinforced concrete column.
The peculiar design of the spirals enables, on the one hand, an easy production of the gene, and, on the other hand, the encasing - a concrete core as large as possible through the flat spirals combined to form a hollow body in connection with the longitudinal bars.
The spirals can also have an outwardly curved shape in plan.
