Anchoring of beaver tail seam roof tiles.

The present invention relates to an anchoring of beaver tail folded roof tiles, which is provided in a known manner with multiple ribs or grooves curved on the upper and lower surface and the essence of the invention is that the storm clips introduced into the perforations of the tiles are in corresponding recesses the side bulges of the underlying brick are anchored.

In the drawing, the subject matter of the invention is shown in an exemplary embodiment, namely show: FIGS. 1 and 2 a normal beaver-tail folded roof tile underneath or. Top view.

The present roof tile has the shape of a beaver tail and is provided on its upper surface in a known manner with ribs, to which correspondingly shaped grooves are arranged on the underside, which come into engagement with the ribs of the tiles below. The grooves are formed by the fact that the brick is lined on its underside by an edge bead 1, within which multiple, self-contained, segment-shaped ribs 2 are arranged at a corresponding distance from one another and from the edge bead, only the upper rib starting from the upper edge bead . This results in an edge groove 3 extending up to the upper edge along the entire circumference, from one side to the other of which several arcuate grooves 4 run.

Corresponding to the grooves on the underside, the brick has a pair of ribs 5 arranged on its upper surface symmetrically to the center line, in such a way that when connected, every two adjoining bricks form a self-contained segment-shaped rib that extends into the grooves of a brick of the next higher Flock closely inserted. As a result of this known multiple arrangement of the grooves 3, 4 and the engagement ribs 5, it is possible to carry out both a single and a double covering with one and the same tile.

To obtain a completely storm-proof roof, according to the invention approximately in the middle of the Lower third of the brick holes 10 are provided for the introduction of storm clips, the latter being anchored in correspondingly arranged recesses 11 on the sides bulging 1 of the underlying brick.
