Vorrichtung zum Pressen von glasringes.
Der Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung besieht sich auf eine Vorrichtung zum Pressen von Glasringen, bei welcher zwei Stempel in dem Formkasten gegeneinander beweglich sind. Die Glasmasse wird hiebei in gesonderten Ringräumen der Hohlform eingepresst.
Das Wesen der vorliegenden Erfindung bezieht sich darauf, dass beide die Stempel bedienende Hebel von Hand bzw. Fuss aus zu betätigen sind und zweckmässig verstellbare Gegengewichte tragen. Es wird hiedurch erreicht, autdie zwischen den Stempeln in der

Bei den bekannten derartigen Vorrichtungen steht der untere Stempel unter Federdruck, wodurch leicht ein unregelmässiger Gang der Vorrichtung nicht nur infolge eines Bruches der Feder, sondern auch infolge eines Eckens des Pressstempels hervorgerufen worden kann. Andererseits ermöglicht die Anordnung einer Feder nicht, die Betätigung des unteren Pressstempels genau der Bewegung des oberen Stempels, entsprechend der Konsistenz und Menge der verwendeten Glasmasse, anzupassen.
In der Zeichnung ist eine beispielsweise Ausführungsform des Erfindungsgegenstandes dargestellt, und zwar zeigt Fig. 1 eine Seitenansicht der Vorrichtung teilweise im Schnitt und Fig. 2 eine Einzelheit des durch einen Fusstritt zu betätigenden unteren Pressstempels.
Die mehrteilige Pressform a mit voneinander gesonderten Ringräumen für dio einzelnen Glasringe ist in geeigneter Weise auf einem Werktisch b, zweckmässig mit Hilfe einer Schlittenführung c, angeordnet. Der obere Pressstempel d ist mit Hilfe eines Kreuzkopfes e in dem Rahmen f der Maschine an beiden Seiten geführt. Die Betätigung des Stempels d erfolgt mit Hilfe des doppelarmigen Hebels y, welcher einerseits mit dem Kreuzkopf e gelenkig verbunden ist und andererseits das Gegengewicht 11 trägt.
Der untere Pressstempel z wird durch den Fusstritt k betätigt Das den unteren Pressstempel i bedienende Hebelgestänge ist mit einem Gegengewicht l versehen, so dass der untere Pressstempel in seine höchste Lage, welche der Anfangsstellung entspricht, angehoben wird, sobald der Fusstritt freigegeben wird.
PATENT-ANSPRÜCHE :
1. Vorrichtung zum Pressen von Glasringen, bei weicher zwei Stempel in dem Formkasten gegeneinander beweglich sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass beide die Stempel bedienenden Hebel von Hand bzw. Fuss aus betätigbar sind und verstellbare Gegengewichte tragen, zum Zwecke, auf die zwischen den Stempeln in der Form eingeschlossene Glasmasse einen möglichst feinfühlige, in weiten Grenzen regelbaren Pressdruck auszuüben.
