   In Fig. 4 ist eine veränderte   Ausführungsform   dargestellt, bei welcher statt der eisernen   llnterlagsplat-te ein Hartholzeinsatz b   in die Schwelle eingesetzt wird. Vorteilhaft wird unter diesen Hartholzeinsatz ein Blech   1It   gelegt, um die Hartholzeinlage beim Eintreiben der Krampen gegen das Aufsplittern zu sichern. 



   Um das Eindringen der Feuchtigkeit zu verhindern, wird in den Spalt zwischen Hartholzeinlage und Schwelle eine   Teerfüilung   n eingebracht. Zur Entwässerung des Hohlraumes für den Haken der   Klemmplattenschraube f   wird eine Entwässerungsbohrung o vorgesehen. 



   Diese Anordnung bietet den Vorteil, dass eine Schubbeanspruchung der Befestigungselemente verhindert wird und die   Hartholzeinlage unverrückbar   in der Querschwelle gehalten wird. Weiters wird durch Stehenlassen der Seitenränder p eine nennenswerte Schwächung der Schwelle nicht herbeigeführt.
