Description

Lifts with a rotating bracket.
The invention relates to a spoon with a rotatable handle and it consists in the fact that the spoon handle can persist in any position as a result of its gentle friction between the surfaces of an indentation of the spoon recess. This makes the spoon ideal for basting roasts, as the spoon can be sufficiently filled even with a small amount of sauce if the handle is positioned appropriately in relation to the hollow. The spoon offers very special advantages where the spoons have to be set up almost at right angles, for example when scooping sauce out of pots in which the meat is braised.
The subject of the invention is shown in the drawing.
At its rear end, the troughed spoon 1 has an indentation 2, between the parallel surfaces of which the flat dipperstick 3 standing on edge at this end is rotatably mounted. When the pivot pin is riveted appropriately, the handle is clamped between the surfaces of the indentation in such a way that, due to the friction, it remains in all positions in which it is rotated.
