Den Gegenstand der Erfindung bildet eine Masse zum Verzieren von Kränzen, Bildern und dgl. Solche Massen sind schon bekannt. Bei diesen war es aÌJ0r nötig, den betreffenden Gegenstand vor dem Bestreuen erst mit einem Klebemittel (DextriL, Gummi oder dgl. ) zu bestreichen. Diese Vorbereitung machte die Verwendung der betreffenden Masse sehr beschwerlich und zeitraubend. Auch wurde der Auftrag nicht regelmässig, da öfters vergessen wurde, mit Klebstoff zu überstreichen. Diese Übelstände zu beseitigen, ist der Zweck vorliegender Erfindung. Diese neue Masse ermöglicht es, dass man dieselbe aufstreuen kann, ohne nötig zu haben, die betreffenden Gegenstände mit Klebstoff zu bestreichen. Man braucht bloss den betreffenden Gegenstand mittels eines Schwammes oder dergleichen zu reinigen und danach sofort die Masse aufzustreuen.
Der bis jetzt im Handel befindlichen Masse aus Holzstoff, Kalziumkarbonat und Glimmer werden nun noch Bl1rgunderpech, Tragant, Chlorkalzium und Chlormagnesium beigemengt. Diese beiden letztgenannten Bestandteile nehmen die Feuchtigkeit aus der atmosphärischen Luft, geben die
Feuchtigkeit an das Burgunderpech und Tragant ab, so dass die ganze Masse leicht an den betreffenden Gegenständen haften bleibt. Diese Masse kann in allen beliebigen Farben hergestellt werden und ist demnach die Verwendungsweise eine vielseitige. Dieselbe kann zur Verzierung von Saaldecken, zur Herstellung on Aquarellen, zum Verzieren der Kränze sowie zum Dekorieren der ('hristbäume verwendet werden.
Besonders bei Anwendung für Christbäume ist der Wegfall des Bestreichens mit Klebstoff von grossem Vorteil.
