  Vorrichtung zum Abheben der Formplatten von den Formzylindern von Rotations- druckmaschinen. 



   Das   Abheheben   der Schrift und Bildplatten von den Formzylindern von Rotationsmaschinen war bisher stets eine sehr mühsame und unangenehme Arbeit. Man lockerte die Platten durch Hammerschläge und hob sie dann mit den Fingerspitzen trotz ihres grossen Gewichtes so weit an, bis man sie mit den Händen erfassen konnte. Den Gegenstand der Erfindung bildet eine Vorrichtung, die das   Abheben der Platten selbsttätig   in dem Augenblicke bewirkt, wo mai den äusseren Klammerring, welcher die Platten während des Druckens festgespannt hält, in der bisher üblichen Weise mittels seiner Schrauben abhebt. 



   Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Ertindung zeigt die Zeichnung. Fig. 1 ist ein teilweiser Längsschnitt durch den Formzylinder, Fig. 2 eine Stirnansicht und Fig. 3 zeigt einen hebel aus Fig. 1 im   Grundriss.   



   In dem achsial beweglichen Klammerring a des Formzylinders ist ein mit einer schrägen Gleittläche b versehener Hebel c um den Bolzen   x   drehbar gelagert, welcher am anderen Ende eine umklappbare Klaue f trägt, deren Hub durch den Auschlagstlft i   begrenzt ist.    Die jetzt über den Zylindermantel hinausstehende Nase der Klaue f wird von Hand umgeklappt, damit für eine neu auflegende Platte der Mantelraum   wieder frt ist   Beim   Schliessen   des Klammerringes a schiebt sich die ganze Vorrichtung wieder nach der Mitte zu. die umgeklappt   Alaue stösst gegen   den   Stift A,   richtet sich dadurch wieder auf und die Vorrichtung beendet sich in der Anfangsstellung.

   Lifting the writing and image plates from the forme cylinders of rotary machines has always been a very tedious and unpleasant job. The plates were loosened by hitting them with a hammer and then lifted with the fingertips, despite their great weight, until they could be grasped with the hands. The subject of the invention is a device which automatically causes the plates to be lifted off at the moment when the outer clamp ring, which holds the plates tight during printing, is lifted in the usual manner by means of its screws.



   The drawing shows an embodiment of the invention. Fig. 1 is a partial longitudinal section through the forme cylinder, Fig. 2 is an end view and Fig. 3 shows a lever from Fig. 1 in plan.
