Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf Nähnadeln mit seitlich geschlitztem Öhr und bezweckt, das Einführen des Fadens zu erleichtern und das Öhr allseitig geschlossen zu erhalten.
Die Zeichnung zeigt eine derartige Nähnadel in Fig. I in Seiten-und in Fig. II in Vorderansicht. Fig. III ist ebenfalls eine Vorderansicht und zeigt, wie die Teile des Nadelkopfes beim Einfädeln auseinanderfedern.
Der durch den Schlitz d entstehende äussere Teil des Nadelkopfes ist gemäss der Erfindung an seinem oberen Ende mit einer knopfartigen Verdickung a versehen, die beim Einfädeln als Führung für den Faden dient, so dass das Einfädeln leicht und mühelos vor sich gehen kann, was insbesondere für ältere Leute oder bei schlechter Beleuchtung von : : 11, Vorteil ist.
An der Einmündungsstelle des Schlitzes d in das Öhr ist in dem äusseren Teil des Nadelkopfes eine Stufe oder ein Absatz c vorgesehen, an den sich der federnde Teil b des Nadelkopfes bei geschlossenem Schlitz stets anlegt, so dass das Nadelöhr nach dem Einfädeln allseits geschlossen bleibt.
