Zablplatte.

Zablplatte.
Payment plates have already become known which are set up so that each time a coin is placed, an advertising banner or the like is illuminated.
In these known payment plates, the money plate is provided with contact pins in such a way that when even the smallest coin is placed, the latter comes to rest on two adjacent pins and thus creates a conductive connection between the two, whereby the circuit of the electric light bulb attached behind the transparency is closed and the transparency is illuminated.
According to the present invention, the contact formation that closes the lamp circuit takes place in that the money plate is lowered when a coin is put on by the weight of the latter or by the pressure of the hand, especially in the case of paper money, and two contact poles of the lamp circuit arranged below the plate are in conductive connection brings.
This arrangement has the main advantage over the one described above as known that good contact formation is not tied to the bare condition of the coins placed on it; Rather, the lamp functions in exactly the same way with paper money as it does with metal money. Furthermore, only two contacts are required, which are protected against any contamination and lie in the housing of the number plate. The top of the money plate itself can consist entirely of non-conductive material and can be designed in any way.
In the drawing, an example embodiment of a countertop designed according to the invention with illuminated advertising is illustrated in a schematic representation.

to glow and illuminate the transparent o.
As shown, the lamp is completely separated from the number plate, so that the light advertisement can be displayed in any remote location. The light source can, however, also be arranged next to the number board and above it. It is also not necessary for the light source to be enclosed in a housing.
