Feuerung für transportable Koch-und Waschvorrichtungen.
Vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf solche Kochvorrichtungen, die hauptsächlich in landwirtschaftlichen Betrieben und dgl. für verschiedene Zwecke Anwendung finden und im wesentlichen aus einem tragbaren Ofen mit eingesetztem Kochgefäss bestehen, der an die jeweilige Verwendungsstelle geschafft wird. Bei diesen Kochvorrichtungen ist es bekannt, das den Rost umschliessende Becken durch die durch Öffnungen im Mantel einströmende Luft zu kühlen. Die Erfindung besteht nun im wesentlichen darin, dass diese Lufteinströmuagsöffnungen knapp unterhalb der Verbindungsstelle des einfachwandigen Beckens mit dem Mantel angeordnet sind.
Die Zeichnung zeigt den die Erfindung bildenden Teil der Kochvorrichtung in einer beispielsweisen Ausführung, und zwar in Fig. 1 in Ansicht bei geschnittenem Feuerraum und in Fig. 2 im Horizontalschnitt nach der Linie A-A der Fig. l.
Die Kochvorrichtung, die zum Dämpfen von Futter bestimmt ist, besteht aus einem zylindrischen Mantel 1, in dem ein bis nahe zum Feuerraum reichendes und mit einem Deckel verschliessbares Kochgefäss 2 eingesetzt ist. Der Feuerraum, dessen Beschickung- öffnung durch die Tür 3 luftundurchlässig abgeschlossen ist, wird durch ein vom Mantel 1 abgehendes und zum Rost 4 schräg abfallendes, einfachwandiges Becken 5 aus Blech gebildet. Knapp unterhalb der Verbindungsstelle des konischen Beckens 5 und dem äusseren Mantel 1 sind am Umfang des letzteren eine Anzahl Öffnungen 6 für den Zutritt der Verbrennungsluft vorgesehen. Nachdem ein Zutritt von Luft an anderer Stelle mangels anderer Öffnungen verwehrt ist, so ist die durch die Öffnungen 6 eintretende Luft gezungen, an der konischen Wandung des Beckens entlang zu streichen.
Hiedurch wird die Beckenwand durch die frische Primärluft wirksam gekühlt, wahrend die Luft selbst hiuei erwärmt wird. Die Befestigung der konischen Wand des Beckens am Mantels erfolgt dadurch, dass zur Bildung der Lufteintrittöffnungen Lappen 7 alls dem Mantel gestanzt worden, die sodann nach einwärts gebogen und zur Befestigung der konischen Wand dienen, was am zweckmässigsten durch Schrauben 8 geschieht, die leicht durch die Öffnungen hindurch eingesetzt werden können.
Zur Erleichterung des Transportes ist dio Vorrichtung seitlich mit Handhaben' versehen. Es ist selbstverständlich, dass die vorbeschriebene Feuerungseinrichtung nicht nur für Koch-, sondern auch für Waschvorrichtungen und dgl. Anwendung finden kann.
PATENT-ANSPRÜCHE :
1. Feuerung für transportable Koch-, Wasch-und dgl. Vorrichtungen, bei der das in einem Mantel eingebaute, den Rost umschliessende Becken durch die durch Öffnungen im Mantel einströmende Luft gekühlt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese Lufteinström- öffnungen (6) knapp unterhalb der Verbindungsstelle des einfachwandigen Beckens (5) mit dem Mantel (1) angeordnet sind.

The present invention relates to such cooking devices which are mainly used in farms and the like for various purposes and essentially consist of a portable oven with an inserted cooking vessel which is brought to the respective place of use. In these cooking devices it is known to cool the basin surrounding the grate by the air flowing in through openings in the jacket. The invention consists essentially in the fact that these air inflow openings are arranged just below the connection point of the single-walled basin with the jacket.
The drawing shows the part of the cooking device forming the invention in an exemplary embodiment, namely in FIG. 1 in a view with the combustion chamber cut away and in FIG. 2 in horizontal section along the line A-A of FIG.
The cooking device, which is intended for steaming fodder, consists of a cylindrical jacket 1, in which a cooking vessel 2 that extends close to the furnace and can be closed with a lid is inserted.
