Die Erfindung betrifft eine mehrzinkige Haar-oder Tuchnadel, deren aus Draht hergestellte Schenkelpaare an ihren bügelartigen Köpfen durch eine übergepresste Metallhaube so vereinigt sind, dass alle Zinken unverrückbar in einer Ebene liegen.
Diese Ausführung der mebrzinkigen Nadel besitzt den Vorteil, dass durch die Blechhaube in bequemer, für die Massenherstellung geeigneter Weise eine unverrückbare, solide und vor allem glatte Verbindung mehrerer Schenkel paare an ihren Bügeln geschaffen wird, so dass die Zinken sämtlich in einer Ebene liegen. Die Nadeln lassen sich bei dieser Ausführung aus Runddraht herstellen, welcher bisher mangels einer geeigneten sicheren Verbindung sich nur schwer für mehrzinkige Haarnadeln verwenden liess.
Die Anordnung gemäss der Erfindung vermeidet die genannten Übelstände.
Die Zeichnung zeigt ein Ausführungsbeispiel einer Nadel mit vier Zinken.
Die Nadel a besitzt vier gewellte Zinken, welche bel b durch eine aufgepresste Blech- haube fest miteinander verbunden sind. Die Anzahl der Zinken kann statt vier auch drei oder mehr als vier betragen. Die Blechhaube kann auch als Schmuckkopf ausgebildet werden, so dass die Nadel als Schmucknadel zu verwenden ist. Auch als Tuchnadel und dgl. lässt sich die neue Nadel mit Vorteil verwenden.
