Es beruht dies darauf, dass durch die Einverleibung eines guten Wärmeleiter in Form des Metallpul\-ers eine grössere Dünnflüssigkeit des erhitzten Peches erzielt wird, was bei Verwendung von Pichapparaten zu einem dünneren Ausfliessen führt.
