Verfahren zur Herstellung einer tiefschwarzen Schuhpasta unter Anwendung von fettsaure Anilinfarbstotfen.
Das bisherige Verfahren zur Erzeugung schwarzer Schuh pasta besteht darin, dass man die mehr oder weniger glanzgebenden Materialien als : Kamauba-nnd Bienenwachs oder Zereain, Montanwachs, auch Paraffin schmilzt, in Terpentinöl zur Auflösung bringt uud die Flüssigkeit mit einer schwarzen Anilinfarbe, welche aus Nigrosinbase, gelöst in Stearinsäure oder Elain, hergestellt wird, färbt. Auf diese Weise kann aber die Schuhpasta nicht so schwarz erzeugt werden, weil ein nur etwas grösseres Quantum dieser Fettfarbe nachteilig auf die Konsistenz der Schuhpasta einwirkt, man daher in der Unterbringung dieser Farbe sehr beschränkt ist.
Das vorliegende Verfahren besteht nun darin, dass man statt der aus Stearin oder M) ain hergestellten Fettfarbe eine solche aus Leinölsäure verwendet, welche diese sebäd- lichen Einwirkungen auf die Konsistenz der Schuhpasta nicht besitzt. Man ist daher in der Lage, mehr Farbe unterzubringen und dadurch eine tiefschwarze Schuhpasta herzustellen.

The previous process for the production of black shoe pasta consists in melting the more or less gloss-giving materials as: Kamauba and beeswax or cereal, montan wax, also paraffin, in turpentine oil to dissolve and the liquid with a black aniline color, which is made of nigrosine base , dissolved in stearic acid or Elain, dyes. In this way, however, the shoe paste cannot be made so black, because an only slightly larger quantity of this fat color has a detrimental effect on the consistency of the shoe paste, so that one is very limited in accommodating this color.
The present method now consists in using, instead of the fat color made from stearin or M) ain, one made from linoleic acid, which does not have these negative effects on the consistency of the shoe paste. You are therefore able to accommodate more color and thereby produce a deep black shoe paste.
