Automatische Stichwechselvorrithtung für Stickmaschinen.
Bekanntlich wird bei Ausführung von Plattstichen auf Stickmaschinen der kleine Fadenleiter abgestellt bzw. in Ruhelage gebracht, da sonst eine derartige Ausführung unmöglich ist.
Diese Abstellung des kleinen Fadenleiters geschah bisher durch Drehung der Sperrzeugwelle mittels eines Griffes, welcher federnd nach eingenommener Stellung in ein Zahnsegment eingreift und seine Lage sichert. Diese Drehung überträgt sich auf einen Stellhebel, welcher sich gegen den Lenker des kleinen Fadenleiters legt. Diese Manipulationen gestatten keine durchlaufende Stickarbeit mittels der Maschine. Mithin entstehen Zeitverluste, welche nur ökonomische Nachteile für den Fabrikaten mit sich bringen. Diese Nachteile erhöhen sich noch mehr, sofern eine rechtzeitige Umstellung des kleinen Fadenleiters nicht erfolgt. Es ist somit der Fabrikant bis jetzt lediglich nur auf die Zuverlässigkeit des Personales angewiesen.
Diesem Übelstande abzuhelfen ist Zweck der vorliegenden Erfindung. Dieselbe besteht darin, dass ein mit einem Nocken versehener Stellhebel zwecks Feststellung des kleinen Fadenleiters durch einen von der Jacquardkarte aus zu beeinflussenden Exzenterbolzen ausgeschwungen wird, um von einer Stichart zum Plattstich und umgekehrt übergehen zu können.

It is known that when satin stitches are executed on embroidery machines, the small thread conductor is turned off or brought to a rest position, since otherwise such an execution is impossible.
This shutdown of the small thread conductor was previously done by rotating the locking device shaft by means of a handle, which engages resiliently after the assumed position in a tooth segment and secures its position. This rotation is transmitted to an adjusting lever, which lies against the handlebar of the small thread guide. These manipulations do not allow continuous embroidery work with the machine. As a result, there is a loss of time which only entails economic disadvantages for the products. These disadvantages increase even more if the small thread guide is not switched over in good time. So far, the manufacturer is only dependent on the reliability of the staff.
To remedy this disadvantage is the purpose of the present invention. The same consists in that an adjusting lever provided with a cam for the purpose of fixing the small thread guide is swung out by an eccentric bolt that can be influenced by the jacquard card in order to be able to change from one stitch type to satin stitch and vice versa.
