Final storage for formwork scaffolding.
EMI1.1
Slidable boot S existing bearing with the end of the frame G by an on this with its upper part in the longitudinal direction displaceable intermediate piece Z connected, which sits with the lower part riding on a pin r of the sleeve M (Fig. 1). To adjust to the correct length, the middle piece Z is moved along the end of the scaffold; to lower (Fig. 2) the frame, a set screw t is loosened, whereby the frame G and the sleeve M rotate against each other about the pin r. When the screw t is tightened, the opposite effect occurs, namely a lifting of the scaffolding.
According to the invention, such bearings are now very simplified in that, with the omission of a special intermediate piece Z, the bearing with a sliding track running in the longitudinal direction of the Schainngsgerüates is given away as a support surface for a rolling element that is fixed on the formwork frame and which is attached when the length of the frame changes the slideway leads, while it tilts on it during the height adjustment and thus acts as an axis of rotation.
An embodiment of such a bearing is shown in FIG. 3 as a diagram, FIG. 4 in a front view and FIG. 5 in a cross section according to A-A of FIG. 4; 6 and 7 show enlarged sections according to C-C and D-D of FIG.
In the present case, the sleeve M consists of the two U-irons 1, the space between them at the boot end is given by inserts 2, 3, 4 T-shape. The boot S is also composed of flat and profile iron; its shape can be seen from FIG. Behind the insert 9 is a bar 5 made of flat iron, which is connected to the webs of the U-iron 1, between the two U-irons 1 and in the width of the gap. The rounded foot end 6 (FIG. 4) of a support 7 extending from the frame end G and pointing downwards rests on the upper surface of this bar. The support 7 with its rounded foot end 6 forms, together with the bar 5, the replacement of the intermediate piece of the known end bearings described earlier.
When the length of the frame is changed by sliding the Elidlager in and out sideways, the foot end of the support 7 slides along the slide 5; to change the height of the scaffolding only needs the bearing against the scaffolding to the respective support point of the
