Mold core for hollow bodies made of artificial stone with a collapsible upper part.

Mold cores for the production of sewer pipes from cement, which are folded up for the purpose of easy removal from the molded hollow body, are known.

It has already been proposed to form the mold core from two separate pairs of collapsible parts, namely an upper part and a lower part, of which the former is placed on the folded lower part in a roof shape after the mass has hardened. However, the removal of such cores in the shaped tubular body, which have been detached in the above-mentioned manner, is associated with the disadvantage that the tubular body which has not yet been completely tied is damaged.

According to the present invention, the arrangement of the core parts is made such that the upper core part sinks into the lower part after being contracted and rests on rollers or the like located there, on which it can be easily pulled out.

The drawing shows an exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention, namely FIG. 1 shows a cross section through the mold core, FIG. 2 shows a top view of the lower part and FIG. 3 shows a bottom view of the upper part of the core.

The core consists of a lower part M and an upper part n. The lower part forms a whole and has, near the edge, inwardly sloping longitudinal rails q. Metal rollers p for receiving the upper part ie are arranged across the lower part. This consists of two halves which are hingedly connected by a hinge n. Are near the edge

Forming finished, then the spindle @ is turned and thereby moves the rod in its longitudinal direction. The rod takes the carrier t with it through the clamps a and thus pulls in the scissor parts. This causes the two core halves a to fold inwards and slide over the
