Verwenden der Oboe, des Waldhornes und der Trompete in Verbindung mit den mechanischen Registern o (Fig. 6) des ersten und dritten Spieles als Solostimmen. Ausserdem kann durch die gleiche Tonhöhe des zweiten und vierten Spieles die Diskant und Bassverstärkung des zweiten Spieles durch das vierte Spiel beliebig verändert werden.
Zur Erreichung diver Zwecke erfolgt die Betätigung der Ventilklappen 15 des ersten, zweiten und vierten Spieles durch StimDÙèÌ8ten 16, welche an der Unterseite des Ventilboden 5 durch Scharniere 17 gelenkig befestigt sind und von den Registerzügen 18 durch die Abstrakten 19 in üblicher Weise bewegt werden.
Die entsprechende Stimmleistenverbindung des ersten, zweiten und vierten Spieles bildet ein fünftes und sechstes Spiel, von welchen das erste beiderseits Waldhorn, das zweite rechts Trompete und links Posaune enthält. Hiedurch wird eine wesentlich starke, orchestrale Klangfülle dieser Blasinstrumente erzielt. Das fünfte Spiel besteht aus der Kombination der in gleicher Tonhöhe stehenden zweiten und vierten Halbspiele, welche bei Ausschaltung der Forte-Register die Klangfarbe des Waldhornes besitzt.
Das sechste Spiel erhält durch die Vereinigung der Halbspiele Bourdon und Fagott einen wirksamen Posaunenton, während im Diskant die Kombination der Klarinette und der Oboe mit den oberen Sourdinen des ersten Spieles eine Nachahmung der Trompete 81gibt. Diese Stimmleistenanordnung ermöglicht auch, die mechanischen Register o und p (Fig. 6) sowie die unabhängig von beiden Halbspielen des zweiten und vierten Spieles angeordneten Ventilklappen la-'gleichzeitig mit dem Hauptregister in Tätigkeit zu setzen.
Das volle Werk (Grand-Jeu) verbindet das zweite Spiel mit dem Diskant des vierten und der oberen Sourdine des ersten Spieles, wodurch eine orchestralharmonische Klangwirkung dieses Registers erreicht wird. Da das beschriebene System speziell für das Orchester in Verwendung gelangen soll und im Orchester wie bei Solovorträgen dauernd die Expression zum Ausdruck kommt, so ist der Magazinbalg wie auch das Expressionsregister entbehrlich und deshalb auch in Fortfall gebracht. Hiedurch werden die Herstellungskosten des Werkes verringert.
Die beiderseitigen Sourdinen und das Tremolo erhalten je nach dem Zweck ihrer Funktion schwächeren oder stärkeren Luftdruck. Die linken Sourdinen des ersten und dritten Spieles sowie das obere Tremolo, welche zur Begleitung der rechten bzw. linken Solostimmen m, M dienen, erhalten dementsprechend schwachen Luftdruck, während die rechten Sourdinen des ersten, zweiten und vierten Spieles sowie die linke Sourdine des vierten Spieles mit starker Luftzuführung betrieben werden und hiedurch die Interpretation der Duettpartien beim Zusammenspielen der rechten und linken Solostimmen ermöglichen. Die rechte Sourdine des vierten Spieles dient ausserdem zur Verstärkung der oberen Partie des zweiten Spieles und die linke Sourdine des vierten Spieles, deren Tonumfang sich von a bis e erstreckt (Fig.
7) zur eventuellen Verstärkung der Basspartie.
Zum Zwecke einer raschen und imunterbrochc-nen Klangfarbenabwechslung dienen die an der Vorderwand 20 des Harmoniums angeordneten Kniehebel 21, 22, 23, 24 und Kniedrücker-M, 26, welche die sechs Halbspiele des ersten, zweiten und vierten Spieles einzeln oder in Kombination

linken Knie in Kombination der Kniehebel 21 bzw. der Kniehebel 22 mit dem Kniedrücker 25, und mit dem rechten Knie die Kniehebel 23 bzw. 24 mit dem Kniedrücker 26 zu gleicher Zeit zur Wirkung gelangen. Durch diese Kombination entstehen die naturähnlichen Nachahmungen des Waldhornes, der Trompete und der Posaune. Die Kniehebel sind zweckentsprechend nach einwärts gebogen und zur bequemeren Betätigung an ihren Enden mit Rollen 28 versehen.

Using the oboe, French horn and trumpet in conjunction with the mechanical stops o (Fig. 6) of the first and third game as solo parts. In addition, by using the same pitch in the second and fourth game, the treble and bass amplification of the second game can be changed as required by the fourth game.
To achieve various purposes, the valve flaps 15 of the first, second and fourth game are actuated by StimDÙèÌ8ten 16, which are hinged to the underside of the valve base 5 by hinges 17 and are moved by the register pulls 18 through the abstract 19 in the usual way.
The corresponding vocal line connection of the first, second and fourth game forms a fifth and sixth game, of which the first contains French horn on both sides, the second trumpet on the right and trombone on the left. This results in a considerably strong, orchestral richness of sound from these wind instruments. The fifth game consists of a combination of the second and fourth half-games, which are at the same pitch and which have the timbre of the French horn when the forte register is switched off.
The sixth game is given an effective trombone tone through the union of the bourdon and bassoon half-games, while in the treble the combination of clarinet and oboe with the upper sourdins of the first game imitates the trumpet. This vocal strip arrangement also enables the mechanical registers o and p (Fig. 6) as well as the valve flaps 1a-', which are arranged independently of both half-games of the second and fourth game, to be activated simultaneously with the main register.
The full work (Grand-Jeu) connects the second game with the treble of the fourth and the upper sourdine of the first game, creating an orchestral harmonic sound effect in this register. Since the system described is intended to be used specifically for the orchestra and the expression is constantly expressed in the orchestra, as in solo lectures, the magazine bellows and the expression register are dispensable and have therefore been eliminated. This reduces the manufacturing cost of the work.
The bilateral sourdines and the tremolo receive weaker or stronger air pressure depending on the purpose of their function. The left sourdines of the first and third game as well as the upper tremolo, which are used to accompany the right and left solo voices m, M, receive correspondingly weak air pressure, while the right sourdines of the first, second and fourth game and the left sourdine of the fourth game be operated with a strong air supply and thus enable the interpretation of the duet parts when the right and left solo voices play together. The right sourdine of the fourth game also serves to reinforce the upper part of the second game and the left sourdine of the fourth game, whose range extends from a to e (Fig.
7) for possible reinforcement of the bass section.
The toggle levers 21, 22, 23, 24 and knee pusher M, 26, which are arranged on the front wall 20 of the harmonium, serve the six half-games of the first, second and fourth game individually or in combination for the purpose of a quick and intermittent timbre change
