Verunreinigungen, die sich etwa an diesen   Flächen angesammelt   haben, werden hiedurch ausgetrieben und demnach wird der Eintritt von Staub in das Innere der Vorrichtung verhindert. Es ist ersichtlich, dass das Ventil 21 als    Rückschlagventilwirksam ist   und die eingesaugte Luft am Austritt verhindert.
