Abstract

Beim Zirben-Entspannungskissen werden die Erkenntnisse der Wirkungen des Zierbenholzes auf eine neue, leicht realisierbare Weise umgesetzt. Auf Grund der gehobelten Zirbelholzspäne (Zirbelrosen) wird im Kissen eine Gesamtholzoberfläche von ca. 8 m2 erreicht. Diese große Holzoberfläche und der speziell gefertigte Kern des Kissens lassen durch die Raumluftzirkulation zeitversetzt die ätherischen Öle austreten. Diese ätherischen Öle von Zirbenholz bewirken die erforschten positiven Auswirkungen auf Kreislauf, Schlaf, Befinden und vegetative Regulation.Die Zirbenrosen haben eine Haltbarkeit bzw. Ausstrahlung von ca. 1 Jahr; der aus gehäckselten Nadeln, Zapfen und Zweigen gefertigte Kern des Kissens kann alle 6 Monate getauscht werden.With the Swiss pine relaxation cushion, the knowledge of the effects of ornamental wood is implemented in a new, easily realizable way. Zirbenholzspäne und Zirbenholzöle. 



  2. Bisheriger Stand der Technik: Wissenschafter des Institutes für Nichtinvasive Diagnostik - Joanneum Research Graz, haben in einer Studie über Zirbenholz mit dem Titel "Auswirkungen von Zirbenholz als Einrichtungsmaterial aufKreislauf, Schlaf, Befinden und vegetative Regulation" (Graz 2003) die positiven Auswirkungen von Zirbenholz nachgewiesen. 



  Im besonderen in den Bereichen Schlaf- und Entspannungsqualität: Die Langzeituntersuchung bestätigte eine bessere Nachterholung mit einer reduzierten Herzfrequenz und eine erhöhte Schwingung des Organismus im Tagesverlauf durch das Material Zirbenholz. Die durchschnittliche Arbeitsersparnis für das Herz lag bei 3.500 Herzschlägen pro Ta, was etwa einer Stunde Herzarbeit entspricht. 



  3. Besonderheiten und Ansprüche: Die Idee des Zirben-Entspannungskissen geht von dem Umstand aus, dass nicht jeder Raum bereits mit Zirbenholz ausgestattet ist bzw. ausgestattet werden kann und will. 



  Durch das mit einer speziellen Zirbenfüllung befüllte Entspannungskissen werden die im Zirbenholz innewohnenden Stoffe, Düfte und Öle in die Luft abgeben und erzielen dadurch die gewünschte positive Wirkung im Bereich Schlaf- und Entspannungsqualität. 



  Das Besondere am Zirbenkissen ist die Zusammensetzung des Füllmaterials im "Kern" des Kissens und die Hobelspäne, die aus Zirbenholz stammen, das im richtigen Mondzeichen geschlägert wurde und in der ausreichenden Stärke ausgeprägt sind. 



  Durch die Luftzirkulation in Räumen werden die ätherischen Öle des Kernstückes und die Wirkstoffe die sich in den Zirbenrosen befinden, freigesetzt. Die Wirkung des Kissens ist abhängig von der Luftzirkulation und Temperatur im Raum. Bei einer Raumtemperatur von ca. 21 bis 24 Grad Celsius und einer normalen (gesunden) Raumzirkulation, bedingt durch Heizung und dem Lüften des Raumes, hält die Wirkung des Kissens ca. 1 Jahr. 



  Das Kernstück sollte 2 mal jährlich gewechselt werden, da sich die ätherischen Öle und das gehäckselte Kernstück schneller verflüchtigen.

5. Ausführliche Beschreibung: Die Aussenhülle (4) : Die Aussenhülle besteht aus Baumwollstoff mit einer 50 %-igen Luftdurchlässigkeit. 



  Abmessung : ca. 60 cm Höhe und 55 cm Breite. 



  Das Kernstück (2) Das Kernstück besteht aus zerkleinerten Nadeln, Zapfen und Zweigen des Zirbenbaumes. 



  Das intensiv verharzte Hackgut hat eine Grösse zwischen 1 bis 12 mm und wird in einem Baumwollstoff eingenäht, der wiederum eine ca. 50 % - ige Luftdurchlässigkeit aufweist. 



  Durch die unterschiedliche Grösse des Hackgutes - das mit einer speziellen Ölmischung getränkt wird, wird ein zeitlich versetzter Harzaustritt (Freisetzung der ätherischen Öle) erreicht. 



  Abmessung des Kernstückes: ca. 15 cm Höhe und ca. 30 cm Länge. 



  Die Zirbenrose (3) Die Füllung besteht aus ca. 700 Stück Zirbenrosen in einer Stärke von 0,2 bis 1,1 mm und einer Breite von ca. 30 mm. Die verwendeten Zirbenrosen ergeben gesamt eine Oberfläche von ca. 8 m2.

5. Detailed description: The outer shell (4): The outer shell is made of cotton fabric with a 50% air permeability.
