Lösung eines Elektrolyten zu arbeiten. Gerade darin liegt ein erheblicher technischer Fortschritt, denn wEe bekannt, ist die Reinigung von Wassers-Offsuperoxydiösungen, in denen Elektrolyte vorhanden sind, schwierig, zeitraubend und somit kostspielig.
Beispiel : Ein poröses Tonrohr wird in bekannter Weise mit einom Wasserstoffüberträger, z. B. Palladiumlösung getränkt. Das Rohr befindet sich unter Wasser in einem Gefässe, das unter einem Überdruck von gasförmigem Sauerstoff (100 bis 200 Atm. ) steht, derart, dass der Sauerstoff das Rohr von aussen umspült. In den Innenraum eines porösen Rohres presst man gasförmigen Wasserstoff. Hiebei vereinigt sich der Wasserstoff in Gegenwart des Überträgers mit dem Sauerstoff zu Wasserstoffsuperoxyd. Es entsteht eine Lösung von Wasserstoffsuperoxyd, die in ihrer Konzentration der technisch üblichen nicht nach- steht. Die Wasserstoffsuperoxydlösung kann ständig abgezogen und durch Wasser ersetzt werden, so dass die Herstellung kontinuierlich vor sich gehen kann.
Werden an Stelle des reinen Sauerstoffes sauerstoffhaltige Gasgemische, z. B. Luft, angewendet, so iat der Druck entsprechend dem geringeren Partialdrucke des Sauerstoffes zu erhöhen.

Example: A porous clay pipe is connected in a known manner with a hydrogen carrier, e.g. B. soaked palladium solution. The pipe is located under water in a vessel that is under an overpressure of gaseous oxygen (100 to 200 atm.) In such a way that the oxygen washes around the pipe from the outside. Gaseous hydrogen is pressed into the interior of a porous tube. In the presence of the carrier, the hydrogen combines with the oxygen to form hydrogen peroxide. The result is a solution of hydrogen peroxide, the concentration of which is not inferior to that which is technically common. The hydrogen peroxide solution can be continuously withdrawn and replaced by water, so that production can proceed continuously.
If, instead of pure oxygen, oxygen-containing gas mixtures, e.g. B. air applied, so iat the pressure to increase in accordance with the lower partial pressure of oxygen.
