Klemmschnalle für Hosenträger, Strumpfhalter oder dgl.
Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine Klemmschnalle für Hosenträger, Strumpfhalter und dgl., welche als sogemannte Wäscheschonerschnalle ausgebildet ist. Von den bisher bekannten Schnallen dieser Art unterscheidet sich der Erfindungsgegenstand dadurch, dass der Schnallenoberteil (die Klemmplatte) P. l1 der Klemmstelle zu einem wulstartigen Klemmrande umgebogen ist, während der Klemmrand des Schnallenunterteiles schräg nach innen gerichtet ist, so dass er in einer vor der Drehachse der Klemmplatte liegenden Ebene liegt.
Dadurch wird die grösste Schonung des Gurtes beim Einklemmen erzielt, wie es insbesondere bei Gurten aus feinerem Material, wie Seide oder dgl., von Wichtigkeit ist, und zugleich wird durch das Zusammenwirken des so ausgebildeten Schnallenobelteiles mit dem eigenartig angeordneten Klemmrand des Schnallenunterteiles eine sichere Klemmwirkung erreicht.
Auf der Zeichnung ist der Erfindungsgegenstand in zwei Ausführungsbeispielen dargestellt, und zwar zeigt :
Fig. 1 eine Vorderansicht der ersten Ausfohrungsform,
Fig. 2 einen Schnitt nach A-A der Fig. 1,
Fig. 3 die Schnalle nach Fig. 1, in Verbindung mit einem Hosenträgergurt im Schnitt,
Fig. 4 eine Vorderansicht der zweiten Ausführungsform,
Fig. 5 einen Schnitt nach B-B der Fig. 4.
In dem dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel besteht die als Wäscheschoner ausgebildete Klemmschnalle in bekannter Weise aus dem von einem bügelförmigen Steg a gebildeten Schnallenunterteil, zwischen dessen hochgebogenen Seitenteilen b das Schnallenunterteil, die Klemmplatte c, mittels Zapfen d drehbar gelagert ist. mit dem schräg nach innen gerichteten Klemmrand des Upterteiles wird bei grösster Schonung des Hosenträgergurtes ein stärkeres Durchbiegen des Gurtes und damit ein sicheres Festklemmen desselben erzielt.
Die in Fig. 4 und 5 dargestellte zweite Ausführungsform unterscheidet sich von der oben genannten nur dadurch, dass das Schnallenunterteil noch mit einem besonderen Schlitz A versehen ist, so dass das Ende des Trägergurtes zwecks reiner Befestigung nicht uni das ganze Schnallenunterteil herumgeschlungen, sondern, wie aus der Zeichnung ersichtlich, in diesen Schlitz eingenäht werden kann, und infolgedessen der Klemmrand des Schnallenunterteiles unmittelbar auf das vordere Gurtstück einwirken kann.
Der Klemmrand selbst kann dabei anstatt wif im Beispiel gezahnt, gegebenenfalls auch glatt oder wellenförmig gestaltet sein, wesentlich ist nur, dass er schräg nach innen gerichtet ist.
