Electric incandescent lamp with a light that runs over the fastening points of the support frame. twire and process for their manufacture.

The previously known methods for producing incandescent lamps with luminous bodies continuously guided in the fastening points have the deficiency that it is difficult to achieve reliable dimensioning of the entire luminous body length. This is due to the fact that, with this method, the wire running off a supply reel is first attached with its end to one of the supply wires of the support frame and then, by moving the wire back and forth, the fastening points are laid on the support frame by such a length as a perforated body it necessarily results from the distances between the attachment points of the support frame.

With this method, the entire length of the laid Leucbtdrahtes is often up to several percent inaccurate due to the accuracy of the dimensions of the supporting frames that can only be achieved up to a certain limit in terms of glass technology, and due to the deformation of the supporting beacons during the winding process, so that the manufacture of Gieli lamps is more specific Voltage and light intensity is very difficult.

In the method according to the invention, one of the light sources to be produced is assumed to be appropriately dimensioned lenchtwraht length; Both ends of the Leuebtdraht are first attached to the lead wires and then the light wire is loosely inserted into the fastening hooks, eyes, etc. of the support frame.

The support frame to be used for this method has a single holder ring, the holder of which lies in one plane during the aforementioned fastening of both wire ends and the insertion of the light wire into the eyes or hooks. Now the holders have been bent alternately in the opposite direction on the plane of the holder ring until the wire sections between each two holders are sufficient
 EMI1.1
Support frame guided light wire, characterized in that the support frame supports a single holder ring, the holders of which are bent in the opposite direction from week to week according to the thread length and the required thread tension.
