  Verfahren zur Herstellung von Zwirnknöpfen. 



   Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Zwirnknopfes, bei dem auf einer später auszubeizenden Stoffunterlage eine der Grösse des Knopfes entsprechende   Kreisnäche   mittels radialer Fadenlagen hochgestickt und dann durch konzentrische Nähte abgesteppt wird. Die Erfindung besteht darin, dass die radialen Fadenlagen vor dem Absteppen in der Kreismitte durch zwei senkrecht zueinander gestickte Fadenlagen verstärkt werden. 



   Die Zeichnung veranschaulicht schematisch einen der Erfindung gemäss hergestellten Knopf, und zwar zeigt Fig. 1 eine Draufsicht un   ì Fig. 2   einen Querschnitt. 



   Auf einer aus Ätzstoff bestehenden Unterlage a wird in bekannter Weise eine der Grösse des herzustellenden Knopfes entsprechende Kreisfläche durch radiale   Fadenlagen l. J   hochgestickt. Der Erfindung gemäss werden hierauf die radialen Fadenlagen In der Mitte des Knopfes durch zwei senkrecht zueinander gestickte Fadenlagen c verstärkt. Dann wird die Oberseite des Knopfes, wie üblich, durch konzentrische Nähte   d   abgesteppt, wodurch der Knopf versteift wird. Diese Arbeiten werden hintereinander mittels ein und desselben Fadens e durchgeführt. Um den Zwirnknopf plastischer zu gestalten, können vor Aufbringen

   The invention relates to a method for the production of a twisted button, in which a circular surface corresponding to the size of the button is stitched up by means of radial layers of thread on a fabric base to be pickled later and then stitched with concentric seams. The invention consists in that the radial thread layers are reinforced in the center of the circle by two thread layers stitched perpendicular to one another before the stitching.
