 haben den Nachteil, dass ein vollständiges Ausfüllen der Zahnwurzeln mittels derselben sehr erschwert wird und vielfach Too der Geschicklichkeit des Operateurs abhängt, wobei auch der Übelstand besteht, dass beim Zurückziehen des Werkzeuges das   FüUnngsmat8rial   sehr leicht wieder ohne Absicht entfernt werden kann. 



   Diese Übelstände werden gemäss der Erfindung dadurch vermieden, dass der Wurzelfüller eine gewindeartige Spirale besitzt, welche nach innen ausgehöhlte Flügel aufweist, wodurch das Flillungsmaterial schaufelartig aufgenommen und bis zum   Wunelloeh   gebracht und ferner ein seitliches Entweichen unmöglich gemacht wird. 



   Dadurch, dass das Füllungsmaterial spiralförmig eingedreht wird, kann die Luft entweichen, und es wird somit eine vollständig luftdichte, antiseptische   Dauerfollung   erzielt. 



  Wird das Instrument in eine Bohrmaschine gespannt, so kann man die Spirale in rasche Drehung versetzen und dadurch mit bedeutender Zeitersparnis arbeiten. 



   Die Spitze des Instrumentes ist abgestumpft, um ein Festbohren zu vermeiden. 



   In der Zeichnung ist das Werkzeug in zwei Ansichten dargestellt. Fig. I zeigt dasselbe in vergrössertem Massstabe und Fig.   n   stellt teilweise einen Querschnitt dar.

   These inconveniences are avoided according to the invention in that the root filler has a thread-like spiral, which has inwardly hollowed wings, whereby the filling material is picked up like a shovel and brought to the wound hole and furthermore a lateral escape is made impossible.



   Because the filling material is screwed in in a spiral shape, the air can escape and a completely airtight, antiseptic permanent filling is achieved.



  If the instrument is clamped in a drill, the spiral can be set in rapid rotation and thus work with significant time savings.



   The tip of the instrument is blunted to prevent drilling.
