Kontakteinrichtung für geschlossene Heizeinrichtungen, wie Bügeleisen und Kochapparate.
Bei den geschlossenen, elektrischen Heizvorrichtungen geht ein erheblicher Teil des elektrischen Stromes dadurch verloren, dass eine Reihe von Verbindungsstellen vorhanden ist, an welchen nur ein ungenügender Kontakt eintritt. Ein weiterer Missstand bei solchen elektrischen Heizvorrichtungen iicgt darin, dass die Isolierung des Leitungsdrahtes unter der Einwirkung der Hitze sehr leidet, so dass die isolierenden Umhüllungen schmelzen und zwischen die Kontaktteile gelangen, wodurch wiederum eine Hemmung in der Stromleitung entsteht. Auch wird durch die Vernichtung der Isolierung der Leitungsdrähte eine Quelle für Unzuträglichkeiten verschiedener Art gegeben.
Vorliegende Erfindung vermeidet nun diese Missstände dadurch, dass der Leitungsdraht, der nur ausserhalb der Heizvorrichtung mit Isolationsmaterial umgeben ist, ununter- brochen bis zur Wirkungsstelle geführt wird und seine Führung eine solche ist, dass die Hitze des Heizkörpers die Isolierung nicht beeinflussen kann. Bei den bisherigen Apparaten war ein Einstellen der inneren Kontaktflächen von aussen nicht möglich und lagen dieselben oft sehr schlecht auf, was Brandstelleu und die hiedurch entstehenden Betriebsstörungen ergab, während bei vorliegender Erfindung von aussen die feste Lage des Kontaktes kontrolliert und eingestellt werden kann.
Eine Ausführungsform des Erfindungsgegenstandes in der Anwendung bei einem Bügeleisen ist in der Zeichnung dargestellt, und zwar zeigt die Fig. 1 einen Querschnitt durch die Kontakteinrichtung, Fig. einen Schnitt der Fig. l und Fig. 3 eine Ansicht der Heizplatte.

In the case of closed, electrical heating devices, a considerable part of the electrical current is lost due to the fact that there are a number of connection points at which there is insufficient contact. Another drawback with such electrical heating devices is that the insulation of the lead wire suffers greatly from the action of the heat, so that the insulating sheaths melt and get between the contact parts, which in turn creates an obstruction in the power line. Also, by destroying the insulation of the lead wires, a source of inconveniences of various kinds is given.
The present invention now avoids these shortcomings in that the lead wire, which is only surrounded with insulation material outside the heating device, is led continuously to the point of action and its lead is such that the heat of the heater cannot affect the insulation. With the previous devices, it was not possible to adjust the inner contact surfaces from the outside and they often lay very poorly, which resulted in burns and the resulting malfunctions, while with the present invention the fixed position of the contact can be controlled and adjusted from the outside.
