  Schlauohklemme.

  Clever clamp.

The manufacture of clamps tightly enclosing the hose has previously been associated with difficulties. Among the known hose clamps there are those that consist of a resilient band. As a result of this, the hose is constricted, but this constriction is not a perfect one, rather it has gaps and is therefore practically imperfect.

The invention offers a flawless and at the same time structurally simple solution to the problem. It achieves a uniform clamping of the hose over its entire circumference, and this purpose is achieved by the arrangement of recesses in a single resilient band that spans the hose twice and is tightened peripherally around the entire circumference of the hose due to the arrangement of a fastening means between its two ends .

In the drawing, the hose clamp is shown in an exemplary embodiment, namely FIG. 1 shows a diagrammatic representation of the clamp and FIG. 2 shows the clamp in the developed state.

As can be seen in FIG. 2, the clamp consists of a relatively thin resilient band a, which is cut out on one side at b and on the other side at c. If the ends d and c of the tape are folded over and stiffened in a suitable manner in itself (Fig. 2) and the tape is then rolled up by means of a suitable fastening means, e.g. B. fastened around the hose by means of a screw h that applies through the elongated holes / and g, so this is over the entire circumference touched by the clamp, i.e. H. peripherally clamped at all points.

The clamp is expediently made from a band of resilient material of uniform width, so its manufacturing price is low. With the appropriate adjustment, a tool can be used to easily clamp different widths

produce. Above all, the suspension of the new clamp is perfectly uniform, as the band a spans the hose twice and, in addition, due to the constant tensioning force, the suspension has a permanent effect, since no one-sided stress can occur, as is the case with some known clamps which cause deformations that cancel out the effect of the clamp with repeated use.
