Wird zwecks Nachfüllen diese Öffnung in irgendeiner Weise verstopft, so wird die Nachfiillflüssigkeit den Kanal 8 vollfüllen und hiebei die Marken 14 verletzen. Die Kontrollmarken sind immer gegen das Fass zu gerichtet, so dass auch bei aufgestelltem Fass ein Nachfüllen ohne Markenverletzung ausgeschlossen ist.
Der Versuch des Nachfüllens muss auch dann scheitern, wenn das Fass derart gestürtz wird, dass die Pipe zu unterst kommt, weil in diesem Falle zufolge der Höhenunterschiede zwischen Fass und Vorrichtung letztere vorerst voll wird, bevor die Flüssigkeit in ersteres gelangt.
Durch die seitliche Anordnung der Kontrollmarken wird erreicht, dass auch durch seitliches Wenden des Fasses, eine Beschädigung der Marken beim Versuch des Nachfüllens nicht verhindert werden kann.
Schliesslich sei noch erwähnt, dass auch ein Versuch, das Fass bei nach oben gerichteter Sclilüsselöffiiung nachzufüllen, resultatlos bleibt, weil die Marken derart angeordnet sind, dal fie vol der Ebene, in der die Auslauförfnung des Pipenschlüssels liegt, immer geschnitten werden.
Der Apparat ist naturgemäss für alle in Betracht kommenden Flüssigkeiten verwendbar und bietet auch gleichzeitig einen Schutz gegen Fälschen des Aassi) hartes so z. B. gegen Verwässern des Weines.
Die Vorrichtung wird vorzugsweise aus Weissblech oder anderen nicht rostenden Material hergestellt und ist an jede Pipe leicht anbringbar.

The device is preferably made of tinplate or other non-rusting material and can be easily attached to any pipe.
