Durch eine Art Aussalzungsprozess, durch Verknetung der warmen Lösung mit kalzinierter Pottasche in der Menge von zirka 40% lässt sich ein wasserfreies bzw. armes, festes Alkalialbuminat erhalten, das das Fettlösungsmittel festgebunden enthält, während sich das Wasser in Form einer konzentrierten Pottaschelösung nach kurzer Ruhepause abscheidet. Dieses Saponir und Fett- lösungsmittel enthaltende feste bzw. dickflüssige Alkalialbuminat kann dann durch wenig Soda oder Gemische von Pottasche mit wasser-und eisenfreiem Natriumsulfat durch Verkneten in eine leicht mahlbare feste Form übergeführt werden.

Gleiche Teile einer Fettlösungsmittel enthaltenden Lösung von aufgeschlossenem Leim werden in homogenisiertem Zustande mit gleichen Teilen einer Lösung von laminarsauren Salzen (die durch einstündiges Kochen bzw.
