Device for the production of undercut rock drill bits,
The invention relates to devices for the production of undercut rock drill bits, in which swiveling die parts are arranged on the die carrying the cutting edge shape and approach one another for the purpose of producing the undercut when the drill is driven into the die. The invention consists in the fact that the die holder is provided with a recess into which the die is pushed back during work and which have inclined surfaces on both sides. on which the swivelable die parts that form the undercut slide so that they are swiveled in as the work progresses.
The purpose of this is to bring about the pivoting of the lateral die parts by pushing the workpiece forward using simple means.
In the drawing, FIG. 1 shows a front view and FIG. 2 shows a side view of the device, partly in view, partly in section, the die both in the working and in the rest position, FIG. 3 shows a side view of the die, FIG Floor plan of the device, partially in section, and FIG. 5 shows the floor plan of the die holder.

The more the die B, guided by the pin m sliding in the die head a, approaches the former, the more the die part ends l are pressed inward. If the die parts d, f finally assume the position shown on the right-hand side of FIGS. 1 and 2, the drill bit has its final shape when the
