Abstract

Es wird ein Magnetverschluss für Schmuckgegenstände, bestehend aus zwei einander gegenüberliegenden und jeweils einen Haltemagneten (5) aufnehmenden Hohlkörpern (1a), (1b) beschrieben, die damit die zwei Teile des Magnetverschlusses bilden. Um ein unkontrolliertes Öffnen, welches durch zufällige oder durch Eigengewicht der befestigten Schmuckteile horizontal ziehende Kräfte hervorgerufen wird zu verhindern, weiters eine ungeteilte, optisch ästhetische, dem Betrachter zugewandte Draufsicht zu erzielen und den Verschluss in der Lage von ein und derselben Ebene zu halten, werden im Falle der runden Ausführung zur Verrastung ein Teil positiv (2) strukturiert und im Falle jeglicher anderer Ausführung beide Teile durch Strukturierung mittels Einsenkungen (6) und Erhebungen (4) verrastet, die beiden Verschlussteile nicht durch Vertikalschnitt nebeneinander, sondern durch Horizontalschnitt hintereinander angeordnet, und werden die Hohlkörper (1a), (1b) mit Eintrittsöffnungen (7) ausgestattet sowie mit Befestigungsvorrichtungen (3) im Inneren der Hohlkörper (1a), (1b) versehen, welche die Anbringung der von unterschiedlichen Seiten herangeführten Schmuckteile in ein und derselben Ebene ermöglichen, sodass der Magnetverschluss trotz Anordnung seiner Hohlkörperteile (1a), (1b) auf verschiedenen Ebenen seine Lage beim Tragen in ein und derselben Ebene behält.
