Verfahren zum Entfärben von Altpapier.
Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein Verfahren, bedruckte und beschriebene Altpapier- massen in ruhendem Zustande durch Laugenbespülung aufzuschliessen und zu entfärben und besteht darin, dass die Lauge in einem ständigen zwangläufigen Kreislauf durch d. e zu ent- färbende Papiermasse und einen mit Dampf von regelbarer Spannung oder sonstwie beheizten Vorwärmer versetzt wird. Gegenüber dem bekannten Verfahren, bei welchem der Umlauf und
Erhitzung durch das direkte Einblasen von Frischdampf in die Entfärbeflüssigkeit erzielt wird. erreicht man hiedurch eine bedeutende Ersparnis an Dampf.
In der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel einer Vorrichtung zur Ausführung des neuen
Verfahrens dargestellt. Es ist A der mit einem Deckel verschlossene Entfärbekesse :. in dem die ruhig liegende Altpapiermasse mittels einer herausnehmbaren Beschickungsvorrichtung B eingehängt wird. Durch Rohrleitungen ist der Entfärbekessel A mit der Kreiselpumpe C und dem Oberflächenvorwärmer D verbunden. Letzterer ist ein Röhrenkessel, dessen Rohre einseitig von der Lauge und anderseitig durch Frischdampf bespült werden. Das beim Erhitzen der Lauge niedergeschlagene Kondensat wird durch einen Wasserabscheider E abgeleitet.
In dem Entfärbekessel A ruht die zu entfärbende Altpapiermasse P auf dem gelochten
Boden F der Beschickungsvorrichtung und wird von dem ebenfalls durchlochten Deckel G so bedeckt, dass die von der Kreiselpumpe C in Umlauf versetzte heisse Lauge die Altpapiermasse gleichzeitig von oben nach unten durchströmen muss, wobei die Entfärbung und Aufschliessung stattfindet.
Die bei der Entfärbung abgeschiedenen Massen an Farbstoff und Verunreinigungen sammeln sich in dem Schlammfänger H und werden von hier aus abgeleitet.
