Die Erfindung betrifft ein plattenförmiges Vorwerkstück zum Stanzen und Ziehen von Tuben für kosmetische Mittel, Farben und dergleichen, welches dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass als Vorform beim Stanzen und Ziehen Plattenstücke benutzt werden, die aus

Bleituben sind zum Aufbewahren von kosmetischen Artikeln, Farben und dergleichen unverwendbar, weil nach kürzerem Lagern dieser Inhalt einen Teil des Bleies auflösen wird, welches dann wieder den Inhalt schwärzen und verderben wird.
Die gewöhnlichen, zinnplatierten Bleituben sind ebenfalls zum Aufbewahren von kosmetischen Artikeln, Farben und dergleichen unverwendbar, weil es bei der Herstellung solcher Tuben notwendig ist, auf dem mit Schraubengewinde versehenen Hals einen Teil des Metalles weg zu schneiden, wodurch das reine Blei an der Endfläche freigelegt wird, welche gegen die im Boden der Verschlusskappe eingelegte, poröse, vom Inhalt gefeuchtete Korkscheibe anliegt. Nach einiger Zeit färbt das Blei die Korkscheibe schwarz und macht sie bleihaltig, und der Inhalt, welcher stets mit dieser in Berührung ist, verdirbt.
Es ist indes gefunden, dass eine mindestens 30% reines Zinn enthaltende Zinn-Bleilegierung dem Einfluss des Tubeninhalts sehr lange Zeit Widerstand leisten kann, so dass dieser weder gefärbt noch in irgend einer anderen Hinsicht beschädigt wird.
