Pipeline of the tower bearing is switched on.
In the drawing, an example embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is in longitudinal section, half in view. shown.
A metal housing 1 is designed similarly to the housing of a through valve. It

together with the piston rod 8 'made of insulating material such as pockwood, fiber mass or the like and bypassed by a metal sleeve 9. which is secured against displacement by a screw 1.
The valve seat sleeve ï is provided with several recesses 11 at the bottom, which connect the inflow channel 2 to the outflow channel 3 and are covered by the closed valve piston 8. A compression spring 12, which is supported against the cover 1: 3, acts against the valve piston 8. The cover 13 is fastened so that it can be lifted off by means of screws 1.J and is provided with an annular groove 15 into which the upper edge of the valve seat sleeve 7 engages. At the top the cover 13 carries a stuffing box 16, whereby the valve piston 8 receives a tight guidance.
A metal rod 17, which protrudes from the piston rod 8 'on both sides and is fixed by nuts 18 and counter nuts 7, 9, is inserted into a continuous axial bore in the piston rod 8'.
The metal rod 17 forms an electrical contact which, in conjunction with a second contact 20, is connected to the circuit of an incandescent lamp or an electric bell.

sleeve 21 is inserted and is established by nuts 22 and locknuts 23 in this. The Pockholzhülse 21 is firmly connected by a locking screw 25 to a union nut 24 screwed onto the threaded connector 4. The metal rod 0 can thus be adjusted by turning the union nut and the effective stroke length of the spring 12 can thereby be regulated. so that the device can act at different pressures of the hydraulic fluid.
In order to be able to make the adjustment of the metal rod 20 precisely, there is one on the Pockholzhüse 21

a screw 28 is attached.
The pockwood sleeve 21 is sealed by means of a stuffing box 23 and can be locked by a locking screw 30 provided on the nut 24.
When used on turbines, the device is installed in the pressure line of the oil pump. Their mode of operation is as follows: The oil passes through the connector 2 into the housing 1 and, by overcoming the spring pressure, lifts the valve piston 8, whereupon it passes through the openings 77 into the connector. 3 and from this reaches the tower bearings unhindered. Is

to keep in suspension.
In this Kolhenlage the rod 17 is lifted from the steel and therefore the circuit of the warning signal is interrupted. If the pressure of the oil drops to such an extent as a result of a fault in the pump or in the turbine connected to it,

presses down, then the ringing or. Light signal in action, whereby the machine attendant on duty is immediately notified of the malfunction. The electrical lead wires are fixed at the ends of the rods 17, 20 by clamping screws 31,
The device can be built in any size depending on the turbine system concerned.
Its use is not restricted to turbines, it can be used with advantage wherever a pressure reduction occurs in a pipeline
